Welcome Brittiny Catalano!
Brittiny has recently joined our DramaWorks East/Scarborough location. She is a great support to our performers.
Brittiny is a fun, bubbly person with lots of energy. Graduating from an Art school with her Diploma in dance, has proven her passion for all arts. She currently works for an ad agency downtown and loves coming to DramaWay for her way of fun and relief. She is currently a volunteer with DramaWay as a Creative Drama Assistance and loves every minute of it. She will be supporting the director and other staff as they rehearse the play at the DramaWorks East/Scarborough location.
Dancing since the age of two, Brittiny definitely has had her share of experiences. Even though her forte and loves are Ballet and Acro, she is trained in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Character, Acro, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Musical Theatre. She has also taken classes in various styles such as Modern/Contemporary, Latin/Ballroom (Salsa, Samba, Argentine Tango, Flamenco, Quick Step, Jive and Lundy hop), Fosse, Bollywood and fusion.
Not only has she danced, but she has had some experience with dramatic productions. She has played the Cheshire Cat’s body in “Alice In Wonderland” for the Gravenhurst Opera House and has also played Cha Cha DiGregorio in the her school’s musical “Grease”.
