Meet Mila now supporting our Marketing and Public Relations Department at DramaWay

Mila Shu

Welcome Mila Shumilina our new Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator.

We are excited and delighted to have Mila on board after completing her Internship with DramaWay supporting our Marketing Department as well as Public Relations.

Currently Mila is completing the International Business Management postgraduate program
at Humber College. She has a bachelor degree in economics and has always had a passion for marketing and event planning. Previously, she worked for three years as a Marketing Event Manager for a TV Channel and enjoyed it immensely. Last year, she gained a great deal of experience working for the Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia, where she was in charge of 30 volunteers and had a chance to develop specific tasks and projects for them. She has also worked as a Marketing Coordinator for the Toronto Academy of Acting and learned a lot about film and television industry and theatre acting. Before plunging into her business career, you can likely tell by her lovely photo that she worked as a fashion model for 10 years travelling all over the world working with big names as popular as Georgio Armani.
She has always enjoyed being part of a community. She fondly recalls the time she organized a non-profit English club where she led lessons, planned special events and activities for children and it turned out to be a great success. Her belief is that “The Devil is in the detail” and she always asserts that it always pays to be extra attentive to the trends and changes both in business and in social life. Some of her other passions include reading and travelling. She looks forward to visiting new countries, learning about different cultures, meeting wonderful people and of course trying exotic food. DramaWay is like a breath of fresh air for her, we are told as she is now meeting like-minded people who are so altruistic and hard working. She appreciates the opportunity to applying her marketing knowledge, practicing her communication skills while also contributing to the community.
